BASIC ASSESSMENT REPORT FOR THE PROPOSED PROSPECTING RIGHT FOR KOARI SOLUTIONS

Koari Solutions (Pty) Ltd (previously Amatshe Solutions (Pty) Ltd) is proposing to conduct prospecting activities for Clay, Aggregate, Stone and Sand using non-invasive and invasive methods of exploration on Portions 266 and the Remainder of Portion 266 of the Farm Rietfontein 189 IQ and Portion 81 of the Farm Roodekrans 183 IQ situated in the Magisterial District of Krugersdorp, Gauteng Province.

Phase one of this project is only non-invasive desktop studies and evaluation of historic results will be conducted. The second phase of the project will include the excavation of a maximum of 10 test pits on the Farm Rietfontein only. Should drilling or any other invasive exploration be required the company shall apply for the amendment of the Prospecting Works Programme (PWP) and the Environmental Authorization (EA).

It is envisaged that the exploration programme will include the following activities/techniques:
•Desk-top Study
•Mapping
•Sampling, Logging, Analyses
•Geological modelling and Resource Estimation
•Pre-feasibility study
•10 Test pits (locations to be determined on site during the applicable phase)
•Drilling will only occur if required (in the event that drilling will be done an amendment of the PWP and EA will be required and submitted to the DMRE at that point in time).
