REFERRAL LETTER

Please be advised as follows: -

1. Send or upload photos of all the elevations or sides of the main building since we are not able to value the building or to decide on its hertage significance, if we do not have photos of the main house. And take photos where you can see the whole side, not close-up photos of small details.
2. Upload the original plan of the building since only the plan for 2002 was uploaded onto he SAHRIS-system. We need a full set of plans, numbered an coloured for all previously approved plans.

Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to [email protected]within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.
