Amongst other things the following was discussed: 

• Work shown as proposed had been completed but it was unclear as to whether this work had been completed before the building turned 60 years of age. 

FURTHER REQUIREMENTS 

• A Form I application was required, alternatively proof that the work was completed before the building turned 60 years of age must be provided.
