    The Parliament Collection:
    Cartoon with six men seated at a table while another man is watching them through an open window. Voice bubbles carry the narrative. The cartoon shows Lord Castlereagh surrounded by his alleged agents provocateur - Reynolds of Ireland, Castle of Spafields and Oliver of Leeds or Oliver the Spy. The last, under the name of William Oliver Jones, was sent out to the Cape and found official employment. He is said to have acted as a spy for Lord Charles Somerset.
