The SAHRA requests the applicant to upload the DEIA, along with its appendices in support of the EA be submitted to the case.
Further comments will be issued upon the submission of the DEIA and it's appendices. The applicant is advised to extend the EA process in terms of section 23(1) of the NEMA EIA regulations in order to address this comment.
