REFERRAL LETTER

Please be advised as follows: -

1. Only photos of the main house was uploaded, please upload photos of all other buildings and structures on the erf, to ensure that work has not already started on the second building behind the main house or was completed.
2. If the 2nd double storey building was completed, Form I needs to be completed and R10 000 paid for rectification of illegal work.

Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to  [email protected] within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.
