Development of portion 39 of the farm Waaifontein 301, Kokstad

It is the intent of the Dorning Group (Pty) Ltd to develop the recently industrial zoned Portion 39 of the farm Waaifontein 301, Kokstad KZN Province.
The proposed development will entail the expansion of the existing cement brick production facility by adding an additional indoors production plant, expansion of the brick stock yards and expansion of the existing aggregate stock pile area. Existing developments on the property includes the cement production plant, brick stock yard, aggregate stock pile area, asphalt production plant, administrative buildings, weighbridge and an internal road network. The land was recently incorporated into the Greater Kokstad Local Municipality's spatial plan and rezoned from farm land to general industrial. The property is known as Portion 39 of the farm Waaifontein 301, Kokstad KZN Province.
