2. Do public participation and inform all residents or owners in a 50m radius regarding the proposed demolition plan and also add posters to your property to inform interested and affected parties of the proposed demolition. Upload proof of public participation onto the SAHRIS website.

Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to [email protected] within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.
