Proposed additions & alterations at Rem of Erf 1326 Wentworth, situate at 628 MArine Drive, Brighton BEach, Bluff, KZN.
The current owners are responsible for all unauthorised additions to the main residence, as well as the awning over the family pool area, the timber change room and the PVC water tanks.
All other illegal work was undertaken by previous owners.
The current owners were not aware of the requirement of obtaining an AMAFA permit for structures olderthan 60 years of age. The ownershave been made aware of the requirement to obtain AMAFA/heritage council approval and wish to regularise all unauthorised work undertaken at the property and to submit planning applications to the local authority for the completed work.
