TEST HWC RB - CH NEW DWELLING ON portion 2 of farm 1422 Paarl, near Wellington

Environmental Specialist Consulting Group (ESCG) was appointed by Kleine Haaskraal (Pty) Ltd to submit a NID in terms of Section 38 of the National Heritage Resources Act, 1999, for the proposed dwelling on Portion 2 of Farm 1422, Paarl (the site).
The applicant is in the process of finalizing the building plan application with the Drakenstein municipality who consequently advised the applicant to submit a NID to HWC.
Proposed Development
The proposed development is for a single dwelling along the southern boundary of the site. The dwelling is proposed to have the following area schedule:

Basement – 41,5 m2

Ground floor – 362, 5 m2

First floor – 97, 2 m2
The total extent of the new dwelling will be approximately 402 m2. The proposed dwelling will include a swimming pool, patio, bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, braai area and a vegetable garden.
