Proposal Description
Development of the inner-city is welcomed as it reverses the decay that is currently overtaking cities like Durban. Regeneration of the city is dependent on re-purposing buildings that have outlived their original design intent. In this case, the demand for office space in a small lane is non-existent. Most corporates have moved out of town, and what little demand remains for offices in the city is only in the main streets. Only innovative developers, swimming against the tide, are investing in Durban, having identified the needs of a dynamic city.0
Most of the work is internal and external work is kept to a minimum, and the elevational impact is therefore limited.
