Object Description
This spectroscope was originally devised by Professor H. Hartridge in 1912 and improved by R.C. Frederick in 1937 for the estimation of carbon monoxide in blood. It was the first spectroscope that allowed the sample that is being tested and a normal specimen to be viewed simultaneously using a twin cell holder. Material: Wood, metal.
