The proposed development entails the construction and operation of a school. The site currently consists of residential buildings, which will be converted to be utilized by the school for a hostel, classrooms and other associated infrastructure (gymnasium, offices, ablution, tuck shop, club house, change rooms, swimming pool, soccer field, pavilions etc.). The site development footprint will be approximately 10,1071 Hectares.
