Cap should be stiffly starched and perched on top of head, and the long streamers hang down the back. The navy ribbin forms a bow at the neck -- short bow, long ends. Uniform consists of: 1 grey and white striped dress with 2 loose white cuffs, and 2 loose shoulder pads. 1 white apron with bib; 1 muslin cap; 1 broad navy ribbon. Material: Cotton, muslin.
