Proposed Mpolweni Fuel Service Station and Shopping Centre on Portion 28 (of 925) of the Farm Broughton, uMgungundlovu District Municipality, Province of Kwazulu-Natal

The proposed development will include construction of a commercial development including a service station and shopping centre. The project will include underground fuel storage tanks with a total capacity of 129 cubic metres, restaurant, convenience store, anchor shop, line shops, bottle store, ATMs, parking and septic tank sewer system. The total footprint of the site is approximately 2.1 hectares with the footprint of the development to be approximately 1.6 hectares. The site is used for sugarcane farming with no indigenous vegetation and no watercourses within the site.
