Radiocarbon samples from Limpopo Valley sites

Application for the destructive sampling of organic material from Iron Age sites in the Limpopo Valley. Dates form part of a larger sourcing study on archaeological tin, bronze and copper objects, using lead isotopes (Permit ID 3921), and will refine the chronological context of the findings. SAHRA requested a separate permit application for the destructive analysis and export of organic material for radiocarbon dating.
