Proposal Description
In order to meet the increased demand for housing BCMM has undertaken to develop a township establishment layout plan in order to accommodate this need. The BCMM SDF has identified the study area for Mass Housing, Industrial Use and as a Critical Biodiversity Area (BCM SDF, 2020). BCMM intends to focus its efforts on this particular area to cater to township establishment in order to meet the demand.
