PHASE 1: HERITAGE/ARCHAEOLOGICAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT FOR THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF A 35M HIGH RADIO TOWER A 5KM 22KV LINE AND A 50KVA TRANSFORMER IN ALL-DAYS TOWN LOCATED WITHIN BLOUBERG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, CAPRICORN DISTRICT IN LIMPOPO PROVINCE.

The proposed development entails the construction of a Radio Station Tower and a 5km 22kv Line with A 50kva
Transformer and bundle in All-Days small town located in Blouberg Local Municipality, Capricorn District in
Limpopo Province proposed which also entails the following:
• Rebuild of the Radio Tower
• Refurbishment of Access Road
• Construction of a 5kM 22kV line with a 50KVA TRFR and a bundle.
• Erection of 35m tower is also required.
• The dismantling and rehabilitation of the old site.
• The Radio Station site will consist of a maximum 10 x 20 terrace, an equipment room (telecoms, 50VDC,
220AC, Air Conditioner, alarm system, CCTV system
