Cypress Hill House

Urgent repair of the roof was prioritized after it was severely damaged in a storm. The structure and roof finish were replaced to prevent further damage to the dwelling's interior (i.e., parquet floors & original fireplace). During the preparations for the emergency replacement of the roof, additional items in need of renovation and replacement were discovered, and the refurbishment of the entire project became critical.
