Proposal Description
The Eastern Cape Department of Human Settlements (EC DoHS) is in the process of implementing the UPGRADING OF INFORMAL SETTLEMENT PROGRAMME in the Makana Local Municipal area of the Sarah Baartman District in the Eastern Cape Province. The project includes the township establishment of ±2000 erven on Portion 15 (a portion of portion 8) and Portion 8 of the Farm Tempe No. 240, Albany within the Makana Municipality, Eastern Cape Province.
