You are hereby notified that, since there is no reason to believe that the proposed development for formal infrastructure development on Farm 615; 609, Highlands Estate, Philippi will impact on heritage resources, no further action under Section 38 of the National Heritage Resources Act (Act 25 of 1999) is required.
