    Proposal Description
When the Property was bought it was being occupied by vagrants and homeless people. The house was left unoccupied for over 3years and it was at this time that these homeless people were stripping the house of anything that could be sold for cash. The ceilings were damaged, electrical cables pulled out, electrical fittings, taps, sinks, copper pipes, gutters, concrete tiles damaged and more. The house was literally a shell when the new owner took over. The main low level boundary wall had also collapsed possibly due to lack of maintenance, but vandals also contributed to this demise. The new owner managed to remove the unwanted occupants, but they kept returning so it prompted him to start putting interventions to protect his property. These interventions include, repainting internal and external walls, fitting new windows to replace damaged ones, making good to damaged floors and retiling, replacing missing and damaged tiles, cleaning roof tiles, electrical rewiring, new electrical fittings, new doors and ironmongery, replace damaged sanitaryware, fitting new ceilings and new plumbing lines.
