The proposed site is situated along Moloto road R573 from Pretoria to KwaMhlanga to the north and the site can be accessed by road R573 from KwaMhlanga and N1 from Pretoria. The site situated on the eastern side of Tshwane Zeekoegat Waste Water Treatment Plant. The project site is located on Portion142 of the Farm Zeekoegat 296 JR within the City of Tswane, Gauteng Province.
