Proposed Kangra Office and Accommodation Project

Kangra Coal Proprietary Limited (herein referred to as Kangra) in the process of applying for an Environmental Authorisation in terms of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998) and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations of 2014, as amended, for the proposed Kangra Office and Accommodation Project that will comprise of an office block, accommodation and wellness centre. The proposed project will be undertaken within the approved Mining Right Boundary under the renewed Mining Right (MP 30/5/1/2/2/ 10200 MR)at Driefontein, Mpumalanga Province.
