It's very difficult to access the sites when the coordinators didn't follow the right procedure. The coordinator must send the letter to the municipality with the names of field workers who are assigned to audit a specific memorial, that's when we can access the sites. When the right procedure is not followed our jobs becomes difficult as surveyors.Purpose:Date Unveiled: 2001Designer: Builder: Person/Institution Commemorated: Tsonga peopleRecorder Name: Samaciah sambo, Rixile Ngobeni
