Plagues , kindly refer to the close up pictures. The sculpture has been move to Cape Town due to an even that was taking place. Kimdly refer to the pictures for the below mentioned. The areas garden and some parts of the building are not maintained. The grass is too long and hiding the PRECINCT. The public toilets are licking. There are no flags on the flag poles.Purpose:
