27th Regiment
Inscriptions
The 27th Regiment (royal inniskilling fusiliers) was beleaguered by the emigrant Boers under command by Andries Pretorius in 1842 to secure relief for the Garrison Dick King rode 600mls to Gramstown from 1842 to 1897 it was occupied by various regiment and detachments of the country.
