The MOTH memorial from Glencoe has been relocated to The Garden of Rememberance in Dundee It had been erected by the Biggarsberg Shellhole to honour the involvement of miners and their wives from Burnside mine in the war effort of 1939-1945.Purpose:

The MOTH order (Memorable Order of Tin Hats) was set up in 1929 to remember the men and women who died in the Great War 1914–1918.
Original Position
The obelisk was built in glencoe and is still there but the Moth parade is now celebrated at The Garden of Rememberance in Dundee on the 11th of December
