    Botha's Hill Station
This building was formerly used as the Botha's Hill Railway Station. During the war Indian railway workers had the task of checking the line to prevent sabotage by the Boers. One night, near Drummond, a party of British soldiers mistakenly fired on them. Fortunately there were no casualties, though Mr Juggernath afterwards removed a bullet from his turban.
Plaque erected by the Durban Metro Committee for the Centenary commemoration of the Anglo-Boer War.
