Proposal Description
Exxaro Coal Central (Pty) Ltd holds an approved Mining Right for underground coal mining at the Dorstfontein East Coal Mine (DCEM) near Kriel in the Mpumalanga Province. ECC aims to extend the underground mining area to exploit the Lower Seam 2 and Lower Seam 4 resources. ECC intends to construct additional surface infrastructure in support of this expansion.
