    Proposal Description
    Valumax Midrand (Pty) Ltd (henceforth Valumax) proposes to construct a mixed-use development with the overall objective of developing an integrated settlement which includes various zoning areas.
    The current zoning of the development is agriculture and will be a green field development to the east of Soshunguve VV and Sushanguve East. The Thorntree East mixed-use development is proposed to be divided into two areas named Thorntree East North and Thorntree East South, north of Pretoria between the Mabopane highway (R80) and Soutpan Road (M35) in Gauteng.
