Residue sampling of archaeological collections of Early Iron Age ceramic potsherds from KwaZulu-Natal Museum.(Temporary Export Permit)

Permission sought to temporarily export archaeological ceramic samples to Germany for specialist lipid residue and elemental analyses, requiring a small degree of destructive sampling. Samples the KNMN collections from 5 Early Iron Age sites, Enkwazini, Mzonjani, Msuluzi Confluence, Inanda Quarry, Kwagandaganda, all in KwaZulu-Natal.
