Notice is hereby given in terms of the National Environmental Management Act (NEMA) (Act No. 107 of 1998, as amended) of the proposed amendment to the Environmental Authorisation (EA) for the abovementioned development. This amendment is required in order to remove the conditions relating to a 45m setback from the edge of the Sundays River estuary, to extend the validity of the authorisation and to amend other aspects of the project description. The subject property is located between Cannonville and Colchester, adjacent to the Sundays River Estuary, within the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality of the Eastern Cape.
