SAHRA has no objection to the proposed geotechnical core drilling. The appointed service provider must use existing road for the movement of machinery and equipment to avoid any damage to the heritage landscape/site. It is essential that the existing heritage fabric is maintained and preserved throughout the drilling process. Please, notify SAHRA if there are any deviations. As a condition, a close out report must be uploaded to the case on SAHRIS with photographs of the completed works.
