Proposal Description
Lefakong Property Developments (Pty) Ltd proposes the establishment of a mixed-use development smart city as well as associated infrastructure on Portion 7, 9 of the Farm Uitkyk 851 KS and Parcel 3 of Mohlwarekoma Township in Ward 5 within the Makhuduthamaga Local Municipality. The total study area proposed for development is approximately 43.4 hectares located within the boundary of Makhuduthamaga Local Municipality which is located in the Greater Sekhukhune District Municipality, Limpopo Province, South Africa. The proposed land to be developed is owned by the Phokwane Tribal Authority.
