Interim Comment

The following conditions apply to the proposed development:

• The HIA needs to be revised to assess the correct activities as it states mining operation (see page iii, iv and 24) and not a mix-used development.
• The specialist is required to assess the entire footprint of the area proposed for development. Kindly see the map boundary for the proposed development footprint on the DSR (see section 2.3 figure 1 on page 11).
• The proposed development layout must be correctly mapped on the GIS Layer of the case application.
• The map of the track logs in the HIA must be revised to show the entire area being surveyed.
• The report needs to be amended to correctly show the mitigation measures of the structures and not of the burial site (see page iii, iv and 24).
