Notification of Intent to Develop in terms of Section 38(1) for proposed gas project for Hedmenn Strauss

Hedmenn Strauss is proposing to develop a gas power plant and produce 100 MW of electricity. A gas pipeline will be developed as part the plant and will connect to the existing Sasol pipeline network. The proposed development will be located at ArcelorMittal site on Frikkie Meyer Road, Pretoria West, in the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality, within the Gauteng Province.
