Proposed construction of 400/132 kV Camden B Main Transmission Substation and associated infrastructure near Ermelo within Msukaligwa Local Municipality in the jurisdiction of Gert Sibande District Municipality in the Mpumalanga Province

Eskom SOC Ltd (“Eskom”) Transmission Division proposes the establishment of a 400/132 kV transmission substation, namely Camden B Main Transmission Substation (“Camden B MTS”), that will connect through a Loop-In-Loop-Out (“LILO”) onto the existing Camden-Incandu 400kV power line, situated in the Mpumalanga Province, approximately 10 km south of Ermelo, within the Msukaligwa Local Municipality (“LM”) which falls within the Gert Sibande District Municipality (“DM”).
