Environmental Impact Assessment for the proposed Residential development on 27,2234 hectares of land that was used for Agricultural purposes after 1 April 1998, located within the Urban Area of the Emalahaleni Local Municipality. The proposed development will be for township establishment, located on a Part of Proposed Portion 50 of the Farm Elandsfontein NO.309-JS and a Part of the Portion 142 of the Farm Nooitgedacht no. 300-JS, Emalahaleni Local Municipality, Mpumalanga Province. The Proposed development will be known as Highveld Eco Estate Proper, Highveld Eco Estate Extension 1 and Highveld Eco Estate Extension 2.
