Thank you for submitting your application for the alterations as well as maintenance and restoration of the Ohlange Heritage Site located at 29°41’53” S 30°57’23 E within the jurisdiction of eThekwini Metropolitan Municipality, KwaZulu Natal in accordance with Section 27(18) of the National Heritage Resources Act, No. 25 of 1999. The purpose of this permit application is for the alterations, maintenance and restoration of the roof, timber deck, walls, lights, wooden columns, old piano, furniture, ablutions, gravesite and museum screens. The proposed activity aligns with the statutory provisions intended to protect and conserve South Africa's national heritage resources.
