Letter of recommendation for the exemption of a full Phase 1 Heritage Impact Assessment for the application from the Emmanual Christian School for the subdivision, consolidation, rezoning and removal of restrictive conditions in terms of Sections 63, 64, 70 and 72 of the Makhado Municipality Spatial Planning, Land Development and Land Use Management By-Law 2016 on Portion 6 (a portion of Portion 2) and Portion 82 (a portion of Portion 2) of the farm Rondebosch 287-LS within the Makhado Local Municipality, Vhembe District of the Limpopo Province. Emmanuel Christian School, established in 1989, is a combined private school.
No alternations are being proposed but the subdivision, consolidation, rezoning and removal of restrictive conditions in terms of Sections 63, 64, 70 and 72 of the Makhado Municipality Spatial Planning, Land Development and Land Use Management By-Law 2016. The proposed activities will not impact on any known heritage sites and since no intrusive development is proposed no impact is expected on sub-terranean or unmarked sites.
