Interim Comment
The SAHRA notes the submission of the BID, desktop PIA and HIA. As indicated in the site notice, a Basic Environmental Assessment process will be carried out. When the DBAR report and its appendices are available for review, the SAHRA request that it is uploaded to the case. Further comments will be issued upon the submission of the DBAR and its appendices. The applicant is advised to extend the EA process in terms of section 19(1) of the NEMA EIA regulations in order to address this comment.
