Final Comment

The SAHRA Development Application Unit (DAU) accepts the CMP and requests the following additional conditions to be adhered to:

• Monitoring reports must be submitted to SAHRA upon completion of the construction phase;
• Permits for test excavations of the possible graves in terms of section 35 of the NHRA must be submitted to SAHRA prior to the commencement of the construction phase. No construction may occur without permits issued in this regard;
• The remainder of the conditions provided in the Final Comment issued on the 21/06/2023 remain valid and must be adhered to.
