Activity Details

Anglo American Platinum (Pty) Ltd's Mogalakwena Mine have appointed PGS Heritage (Pty) Ltd to undertake 19 test excavations of areas believed to be burials. Community stakeholder engagement was carried out as part of the requirements for Case 23134.

The test excavations are in terms of section 35 of the National Heritage Resources Act 25 of 1999.
