The design and implementation of a Deck to the east of Alpha 1. This deck is a formalisation
of current public movement upon visiting Alpha 1, providing a level and safe platform for
visitors to enjoy the views toward Cape Town and Table Mountain. The design includes lighting
in the deck construction as well as designated stainless-steel post and wire balustrades to
ensure public safety and the restoration of the existing building and ablutions.
