Proposed rehabilitation if the Koffiefontein Open-Pit Diamond Mine in Koffiefontein in the Free State Province

Proposed rehabilitation if the Koffiefontein Open-Pit Diamond Mine in Koffiefontein in the Free State Province. The proposed activities will include proposed mining of the existing mine tailings and using this overburden to partly fill the opencast sectio of the kimberlite mine. Some new mining area will be assessed on the northern side of the existing pit. The main areas to be mined lies around the eastern, southern and western parts of the existing pit.
