MNP 49 is situated some 480m south of the main road between the Matlabas and Bulge Rivers. The site is furthermore located directly adjacent to a dirt road.

Statement of Significance

According to the guide followed by the recorders, the site has moderate significance. There is foreseen potential danger due to sheet erosion. The site is located on a flat area which lies on a slope. The site will be monitored once every six months.
