Note: It was impossible to get to the actual inscriptions and the plaque because of the Covid-19 restrictions and the fact that the gates were all locked and there was no security or anybody in sight to grant us access/entry into the premises. Hence Designer, builder, purpose, paid for by, unveiled date and other information is not available.
