Three-bay karoo-type cottage with face-brick edge on parapet. Verandah with concave roof on square pillars and straight front walls. Six-panelled door with plain fanlight and 6x6 paned sash windows without shutters. The facebrick on the parapet is unfortunate and of local architectural value.
