Rectangle of brightly coloured and patterned cloth. Patterns are linear and run across each other along a vertical and horizontal grid-like system. Some of the pattern is achieved with stitched-on applique strips - others through embroidery and also by the pattern of the cloth showing through. Two sets of 4 tassels each project beyond the edge of the textile - these are used to tie the wrap around the body.

Horizontal rectangular panel of beadwork with vertical Zig-zag patterns in the xigwaga or xizangani (sangomas dancing axe) design. The lower end is a fringed with horizontal lines of colours. A short but slightly wider netted skirt section covers the top section. This is beaded in horizontal panels with its fringed end adorned with round brass rings and brass bells. Two waist ties are attached to the upper edge.
